
Dr. Gisele Ragusa

USC STEM Consortium
Dr. Ragusa is a renowned Professor of Engineering Education at the Viterbi School of Engineering. She directs the USC’s STEM Education consortium and has led the Viterbi School of Engineering Dean’s Engaged Learning Initiative for 3 years.She has been the principal investigator on over 30 federal grants through US Department of Education, the National Institute of Health, and the National Science Foundation. In 2019 Dr. Ragusa was awarded the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring for her exceptional work in mentoring underrepresented groups. Dr. Ragusa is one of the 15 recipients of this award nationwide.

Lilian Leung
Program Specialist
Lilian Leung is a program specialist at the University of Southern California (USC) Viterbi School of Engineering’s Division of Engineering Education. She specializes in program management, professional development, data-driven decision-making, interpersonal communication, and professional leadership. She focuses on initiating changes and closing the equity gap in the culture of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education and Community College students. Lilian received a Bachelor of Art (B.A.) degree in Applied Mathematics and a Minor in Science and Math Education from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018. She received a Master of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.) and a graduate certification in Leadership in Technology Integration in 2020 from Johns Hopkins University.

Dheeraj Mohan

Dheeraj Mohan is currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science with specialization in Robotics. He has previously worked on building several autonomous robots such as Self-Driving vehicles, Autonomous Payload Delivery bots, Swarm Drones etc. Dheeraj believes in the mission that STEM is for every individual and helps a person and society grow exponentially through STEM education.
